For VIP services and luxury transportation, booking 3-5 days in advance is preferable. Last-minute requests may be accommodated based on availability, but cannot be guaranteed.

Yes, you can cancel or modify your booking subject to the following conditions:

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the service: Full refund
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours but more than 12 hours before the service: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the service: No refund

Fast Track service is available for all scheduled commercial flights operating at Arenal Airport. The service may not be available during extraordinary circumstances, such as severe weather events or security incidents. If you are traveling on a private or charter flight, please contact us directly for special arrangements.

While our luggage storage service maintains strict security protocols, we do not recommend storing high-value items such as expensive electronics, jewelry, cash, or important documents. If you must store valuable items, please declare them at the time of deposit. Please note that our liability for stored items is limited to $500 USD per piece of luggage. All items are subject to security screening before storage.
